Impact Groups

Ministry Done Together

Our Impact Groups are the lifeblood of the ministry. They provide an arena to facilitate spiritual development and practical application of biblical truth in the participant’s lives. Additionally, strong social bonds are typically formed between Impact Group members while simultaneously developing an overall sense of community.

Impact Groups follow the New Testament model described in Acts 2:42-47 for fellowship and spiritual development in small groups (house to house), and all the small groups of the church (congregation) coming together in the church building (temple) for worship/celebration and teaching.

The Impact Groups provide the ability to be flexible and creative in our approach to fulfilling the Great Commission of making disciples as well as engaging in evangelism through various outreach activities (Matthew 28:19-20).

Children’s Ministry

Helping our children to develop spiritually, socially, intellectually and to have great moral character and integrity is of utmost importance to the ROMI’s leadership. The children ages 4 – 11 participate in activities and teaching designed especially for them during the Impact Group meetings. Adolescents 12-17 will participate in Impact Groups that are designed for them.
